Real estate selling and purchasing may be the most challenges faced by the owners, and developers of real estates. • Keep an accurate register in relation to the real estate, and number of ready, and unready unites of selling, and their availability.
• Accompanying the potential customers for inspecting the location.
• Starting in full observation after the inspection process
• Completing the regular reviews for number of proposals, and rates of selling in purpose of aiming to provide the consultations, and recommendations connected to the market on regular periods.
• Preparing report about the case of ready and available units, or which have been vacated for making sure the necessity to make any maintenance or cleaning process before residing in the same, by coordinating with the company’s maintenance department.
• All necessary official papers included the sales requirements.
• Handing over all payments, documents, and otherwise, to the real estate department, which ensure that the delivery and observation with the customer shall be in high level of professionalism.
